- Ability to manage 50+ websites from beginning to end, including coordination of resources, documentation, testing, meetings, and feedback.
- Must possess excellent and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be able to easily communicate with clients abroad.
- Good understanding of web development process from discovery to development of functionality specifications through construction and site deployment. Strong knowledge of especially Word-Press & SEO.
- Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up and judgment. Must be able to prioritize.
- A team player & team motivator having the ability to extract maximum out of the available resources.

- Strong knowledge of Javascript, HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML.
- Good object oriented and database programming skills.
- Should have used at least one of the payment gateways.
- Should have good Communication skills.
- Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multi tasking abilities.
